1. Open PS

2.Click File,then Script,then LOAD FILES INTO STACK,then choose your pics to be giffed (my pictures would be the girl below,I got the screenshots from one of AKB48’s documentary videos. Use VLC Video Player and click/hold Shift+S to get the screenshots) 

3. Click Image,then Image Size,set the WIDTH to 500 px

4.Click the rounded thing there (choose Make Frame from Layers)

5.Click again the thing,this time click SELECT ALL FRAME,then REVERSE FRAME.

6. After that (making sure that all frames are still selected as in highlighted blue), click the downward arrow and select OTHER and type 0.13 (this is up to you) and enter

7. Click FILE, and SAVE FOR WEB.. and then click OK (assuming your gif is less than 1mb,if it’s over,then look for the number (256) and reduce it)
